What exactly do you mean by a victimless crime? That very law has listed stipulation per that 242 list.

Any "crime" where there is no claimant or injured party. Ex: jay walking, speeding, no registration, no license plate.

Imo forced auto registration would be making a victim (under duress) out of the automobile owner.

Unfortunitaly I have more questions than answers. I've read a lot but do not have much actual practice in using this information. I have been in the supreme court library and believe many things to be true, but a little misplaced knowledge can get one in a lot of trouble.

It would be nice to find more like minded and empassioned people to help share experiences and ideas.

> Automobile registration is good if your shit gets stolen etc. Nobody is forcing you to sign that paperwork. You willingly filling it out is not under any duress. If you don't want to, then don't.

Iv been pulled over by a guy with a gun for not having registration. How is that not under duress.

People get pulled over and cited all the time for that, what part of the world do you live in? Here in the slave states of America we are forced to forfeit our right to property over to the state, where they then offer us benefits and privileges.
