If you check the Wikileaks files released back in 2018, there's a medical report that shows he tested positive of HIV.

Plus most of Jobs life he was a fruitarian. Meaning he ate mostly fruits and some veggies. High fructose consumption will damage the liver.

It also gives cancer a lot of easy energy to metabolize.
