I've noticed that it's the realm of beta males who say it. Had some beta male fuckwit sanctimoniously say it towards me the other day, when he tried to shame me for not wearing a face nappy, and I told him "I don't need to wear one" (his words were "Actually, you do need to wear one"). My response was "I'm not a hysterical fuck like you, so no I don't". He shut up pretty fucking quickly after that.
