For me, I would choose the Amish. I like the fact that it is a voluntary society, and that if you do not like the way it is run, you are allowed to just leave and live life your own way.

They are? My understanding is they are capitalists and each is required to prosper on their own terms. Just like every other non- communist society. Their farms are not communes

They'd come up with a fun central bank. Fiat currency would be carved out of wood by hand, or maybe dried up cow dog. Either way I’m pretty sure it would be a tasty edible preserve.
