Dealing with neurotic women you like is easy, quite often they just want to vent and the way in which they deal with information is to talk through it (like rubber ducky programming). So what you need to do is sit there and look as if you're listening, make some notes on what they're talking about to pull out the important information and offer tidbits of information and raw philosophy and quotes to guide them. Dealing with neurotic women you don't like is harder, it's easy to not listen to them but if you don't say anything then they will take your silence as consent. If you do give advice they probably won't take it and think it might even be condescending. So it's important that you let them know where *your* boundaries are and where they intrude on your boundaries as a fascist tyrant.
