Started getting that sixth sense icky kinda feeling just before the onset of a cold. haven't had one in over a year and wondering if anyone here had some tips on how to either stop it dead in it's tracks or dampen the blow. i already eat healthy af (apple a day kinda guy) and work out regularly so my body already has a decent defense going, just wondering what you all think is best.

thanks

EDIT: A cocktail of raw garlic, red onions, salt water, zinc, a bottle of whiskey, all while bathing in the sunlight and doing push-ups should do the trick.

Along with everyone else here, I start with vitamin C, zinc, vitamin D, and also quercetin.

Add a nasal rinse sleep and water to this and I promise you either won't get it or it will be so mild as to not bother you... Nasal rinse is way underrated

I've been boiling salted water, putting a towel over my head and inhaling the fumes, done twice today and it seems to do some good immediately after. I imagine it's similar to what nasal spray does.

When you feel the scratchy throat, a frequent salt gargle helps too.

This recent post had an interesting nebulized hydrogen peroxide treatment https://poal.co/s/QStorm/505271
