Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is on every large and mid market company website. It's even spread to virtually every college in the US where each one has a brand new DEI department. Did this start with the UN? I can't find where the DEI idea and organized protocols started.

Shit's been kicking around in the university system for a long time. We had a boom of useless courses and degrees due to the everyone need to go to college shit. Now we have two or three whole generations that have been brought up through decades of this bullshit and that's why it's popping up in all these bullshit ways.
