I'm sorry, you're wrong . It takes work and dedication to obtain an advanced degree, they are no give aways. Nigerians achieve this because of the strong families they belong to that promote education over pretty much everything else. Give credit where credit is due

The way it works, in general, is that the smartest are successful there and make the money to come here. Which means the majority who come here, excluding the unconstitutional chain migration, are well above the average. How much? I dunno as I've never read anything which directly covers this. Regardless, the ones coming here are basically the brightest of their nation. Likely somewhere in the 85-100 IQ range - my guess anyways.
