Good sleep is key. Like beyond anything that and reduce stress. Look at ashwaganda (added benefit of cumming like a champ.) Pomegranate is good also but increase in sugar. Lift weights in particular leg exercises get the blood flowing to the right areas. Eat meat and good fats. Eggs, sardines too.
