You can get alot of interesting supplements here; http://www.idealabsdc.com/ and http://www.idealabsdc.com/lab/ This is where i get Vitamin K (Kuinone) and Thyroid. I get a very deep voice when using Vitamin K and B3. This forum (https://raypeatforum.com/community/) has alot of good information.

Mk677, also intermittent fasting. After 12 hours your body starts producing more hgh. You can do 8:16.

Any website that sells SARMS. I tried it and it does work. Only issue is it does make you hungry as fuck. So take it at night before googling to bed. Because if you don’t eat you’ll start shaking and feeling really weak. Also be careful because you will gain weight due to eating a lot and retain a lot of water weight.

Good sleep is key. Like beyond anything that and reduce stress. Look at ashwaganda (added benefit of cumming like a champ.) Pomegranate is good also but increase in sugar. Lift weights in particular leg exercises get the blood flowing to the right areas. Eat meat and good fats. Eggs, sardines too.
