That paper is a good example of what happens when power crystal, magnet-wearing types of people learn how to access scientific research. They sort of understand, but they don't have the basic knowledge of physics and quantum mechanics required to correctly interpret what they're reading.
For example, they see a paper that says there is a known effect of exposure to radio waves that increases cell permeability and they run with it as if it's relevant. They don't check to see that the effect is only observed with radio frequency power above 5,000W per kg of body mass. For a typical 150 lb. dude, they need to absorb 340,000W of radio energy before the effect sets in. That means you could hug a high-power FM transmitter for a local radio station and still not receive even half of the energy required. You'd have to have about 5,000 5G cell towers all touching your body and transmitting at the same time.
