I think my life turned to hell quite awhile ago nullifying nightmares. It wasn’t until a few nights ago I woke up half way and realized mid dream and thought, wait, that was supposed to be what constitutes as a nightmare now. I couldn’t have told unless it had striked me.

I have a recurring nightmare where I'm trapped in the military and can't get out. I either somehow end up reenlisting by mistake or missing my flight to go home and can't get out of the base, end up getting redeployed, or time stops going forward.
