That doesn't even make sense. Why would pale-skinned people evolve or thrive in a hot, dry place with constant sun? White people are clearly from northern regions. I could believe that white people migrated into those lands long ago and then ended up mixing with people who met them there from other lands, thereby creating Arabs, but white-skinned, blue-eyed people clearly aren't indigenous to those areas.
