I don't know. Putin is former KGB. Biden is a senile former lawyer that's been a government parasite for years. The leadership gap is world's apart. Putin already seized Crimea from Ukraine while Obama was president. Putin takes any opportunity when weakness is shown. I wouldn't be surprised if he seizes the eastern portion of Ukraine to send a statement.

you make it sound like obama blinked and putin stole it, the US funded a color revolution and installed a jewish puppet that immediately started discriminating against Russian speakers and cracking down on the majority Russian east and crimea. Crimea peacefully voted to leave and the US refused to acknowledge it. the east remained in turmoil and ukraine sent troops to oppress the people in the east.

Yes and no. Because of the Jewish Bolshevik sponsored genocide of Ukrainians during the holodomor the USSR was able to resettle ethnic Russians into this area of Ukraine. This land was always Ukrainian. I don't know know if Putin would have tried this with Trump. But I firmly believe that Putin exploits weakness and that this isn't some "false war". He's trying to preserve what power Russia still has while there's time before their population implodes.
