My wife and I are trying to allocate our last $100 tithe for this month. I can do it in cash in person to someone or online to a group.

I was going to give it to the church but tbh our church has a lot of money.

An actual homeless person is another idea. Donate to animal nonprofit is another.

What do you guys think? I know it's not a lot of money but I am dry on ideas.

Oh man that's incredible! I want to do something like that now. I've been walking around with the $100 in my pocket waiting for being told who to give it to. Thank you

I know I'm not a pious person and have done wrong, been selfish, given in to anger and frustration, but to be honest, I call on God to use me for good. Rather than just give money I also give my time and talent.

I hope you find a way to get that special feeling when you know you have been a blessing to those around you. There is nothing quite like it. Most times my efforts are unappreciated and it's disheartening but occasionally I get to see real joy and appreciation so it's worth the effort for that rare moment.

It was tough on me getting my first bicycle snatched by a selfish great uncle, getting hurt by my second bicycle and ending up in a doctor's office for stitches and then getting my first new bike jacked off my front lawn the same day to be stripped for parts and finding the frame abandoned in the school parking lot. Grandma paid to have it put back in running order but I learned to care for my things that week .

I can relate to kids never having cool stuff.

But it can be something small. Like bringing bottled water to coworkers or just picking up trash.
