Nattokinase helps dissolve blood clots as well as amyloid plaque in the brain. If your vaxed family has been showing signs of cognitive decline ie. Forgetting names, places, activities; making simple mistakes, calling things by the wrong name etc. These are all signs that something is forming in the brain.

The other comments don't mention this one. Honestly it's difficult to get people to do this stuff unless they really think there is a problem. Wish you luck.
