Here's the first thing I found, searching for "how to get rid of spike protein in body". It doesn't mention nicotinic acid (nicotine), but has a couple other suggestions. I used DuckDuckGo, several more sites listed. Zeolite, chlorine dioxide, Vitamin C are mentioned.
