I would start by looking up treatments for prion disease. But most likely you are going to have to learn to live with the disabilities that will develop. Get tested to see if you have microscopic blood clotting. It's called a d-dimer test. If you have that you can go on blood thinners to reduce your risk of stroke and heart attack.
