🇳🇪🌈, how about this, if you want to help yourself get NAC ordered to an area in Canada and pick it up. Apparently you can't get it in the States. Also, America's frontline doctors will prescribe you ivermectin if needed and you can get it delivered by one of their online pharmacies anywhere in the States. You could also use some other online doctors and get the meds for less at another pharmacy.
