Friend of mine bought some rundown apartments full of blacks and white slob welfare bums. Then he began methodically kicking them out and gutting the units. Now, all the nonpaying bums are gone, less trash and rent paying working class are moving in. His mood is better every day. When he was burdened with these bums it was a constant stream of problems. These people were filthy. While the bums lived there you would see empty boxes for flat screen TVs and all sorts of trash that indicated they had plenty of welfare money.

Not really. Some tried to fight the evictions but they all lost eventually. At one apartment I really felt my friend was pushing far beyond legal limits. He basically made the guy's life a living hell by breaking out the concrete floor room by room till the guy got fed up and moved out on his own. Early on while replacing the roof a worker fell and dropped s foot right through the bedroom ceiling while the guy was in his room.
