Hillary Clinton joined the CIA, Big Tech and FSB, gave Russia tons of uranium and natural gas and the Biden's are merely enacting the Clinton terms of the Russia deal, which was to sell Ukraine to Russia.
Like Hong Kong, the deal is done. The rest is just propaganda to get the public to accept the change.
