Um, it's because they never pre-announce where they show up for that very reason. They do what they set out to do --take film and video and then they get the fck outer dodge. Same reason they use 'hire ' vehicles - to prevent public doxxing of personal use vehicles and why they wear masks - prevention of public doxxing.
