A friend got weird connective tissue issues right after the clot shots that got worse after the second shot.

Sounds like that mrna shit caused an autoimmune issue with connective tissue and god knows what else.

What can people do to deal with this kind of bullshit? I read somewhere that there was some kind of tea that helps?

Not much information, but if it's vascular he might want to consider taking Vitamin E as it has been reported to be a mild anticoagulant, IE; blood thinner.
