Have to go German
Even they don't have them.

Hex bits come in both European and USA sizes so if you are using the wrong size that still kinda works you will be stripping your bolts and bits. That may be why you think they are trash.
Also you should think of drill bits as consumables. They will break and die over time so plan to replace them. You dont buy bits for life.
That may be why you think they are trash.
I think they're trash because they're rusty new in the box and they are fucking rounded when they're new because chinks can't precision machine anything.
Buying from online? You should be able to see and avoid that if you are buying in person, right?
Nobody has them. I looked at every set of driver bits at Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ace. There were a couple sets that had a couple in them, but that's the best I could find.
I had the same problem and ended up ordering a "Milwaukee Metric Hex Key 9-in-1 Multi Magnetic Bit Screw Driver 9 Inch." from Amazon and using those bits for my drill.
WiHa hex bit set $15 https://urbanedcsupply.com/products/wiha-hex-bit-set?_pos=1&_sid=e99bdabf4&_ss=r I bought these and they seem solid enough for my hand driver, only complaint I have is one is a little fat so it sticks, but over all no issues with quality.
None of those are hex bits (Allen keys).

Gotta pay to play. This, in my opinion, is the best you can get for whats included. High quality, warranty, and almost every bit you'll need, from t6 to triple square
This is exactly what I mean. Zoom in on that set. Not one God damned hex bit.
It has both metric and sae hex bits, if you scroll down it shows every bit it includes. I own the older version of this set and unless I need 1/4, 3/8, or 1/2" drive hex sockets, it has everything I've needed.
I found some from DeWalt at Home Depot a couple weeks ago.
I haven’t put them to the test yet, so I can’t vouch for their durability.
Every single set at my Home Depot (Dewalt, Milwaukee, Stanley) have like 57 bits I don't need and only like 4 hex bits.
Here is the Milwaukee version of what I found.
That's a decent set. I didn't see that one there. Do they make a metric one also?
With a quick search, I think this site sells good quality German/Swiss tools: https://www.kctool.com

williams same as snapon
I found this rather fast and the companies listed are top quality brands you'll notice. https://www.bobvila.com/articles/best-screwdriver-bit-set/
It looks like none of those have Allen key (hex) bits
Stanley makes a decent set.
OR
Do what I do, make your own tooling for those things that are hard to find, or you can't get.
For the love of God all there is are shitty Chinese crap that is made out of rusty pot metal with rounded edges and out of spec.
I see you've already checked Harbor Freight then.
