Im searching for a thread that was posted about a week or so ago. i believe the topic listed was something on the lines of the meta verse and those of the like of bill gates and jeff bezo's funding research to live forever.
there was one comment and a thread under it that id like to re read. something on the lines of god not wanting people to figure out how to live forever and he would smite those who tried, but also this idea of a curse of wanting to finally die to rest in peace instead of suffering through decades and centuries of this horrid place called earth.
