In any case, according to Robert Barnes, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act protects military members the same as any other federal employee, and offers some of the strongest protections on the books. "National security" or whatever excuse they use is irrelevant. If they take adverse actions against you after you've filed a religious exemption request and gone through the military's legal process, then they will eventually be held accountable. Unfortunately, it will take a while for that to happen, and you might get a dishonorable discharge or some other adverse action prior to that happening. Keep holding out, man, and make sure you follow whatever process they lay out. Get a lawyer if you don't already have one, and make sure to document everything.
This is unrelated, but if you didn't already know, make sure you to go medical for every single minor complaint or injury, because when you do get discharged and you want to apply for disability compensation, you'll need medical records that show that your injuries are service-connected. Disability compensation is generally for life and it's non-taxable, and with the government raping us every which way from Sunday, there is no reason not to rape them back for as much as you can get.
Correct. When they had the anthrax vaccine debacle, several discharged soldiers eventually won in court, but it was years later. Their military careers were already over, and I don't know if anyone receive monetary compensation in the end.
I hope Liberty Counsel can make things happen quickly, because it doesn't matter much if you're technically right and protected by the RFRA, if your career is over.
I think it'll be quick. The other cases have sailed through the courts, as you no doubt have seen. It's likely the cases remaining will do the same.

I didnt, and mysteriously, they cant find any records on me at all.
Same with my Father's records. They supposedly burned up in Arlington, a they claim. It was up to me to re-produce them. What the fuck!!!
