However there are options, some countries let you create your own autonomous gov and society if you buy enough land, you get treated like your own little country. Then there is wilder options like buying your own aircraft carrier and declaring it a sovereign country. Pricey but possible.

What about buying an old oil tanker? Like water world you would at least have ta way to store oil for energy then work on converting the rest to farming and living? Just a wild idea

You can, it’s a major retrofit tho. The aircraft carrier has its own everything built in including an airstrip, necessary when every country won’t let you dock… also has a means of self defense.
