Not being welcome is something us redditors goats poalers are used to. We're constantly playing a game of host/ service provider jumping as a result of who we are.

How is it that we struggle to maintain free speech, while pedos are cozying up with children in the dark web? It's maddening that they can get away with their inhumane behavior, while we are denied basic community.

Here comes the dangerous question:

Do you think that there are any technical lessons that we can learn from pedos which would help us to keep our community running?

It's like saying how do ceo's run a company while we can barely find a job and go to work. It's not a proper comparison despite it's both work related.

Pedo's get control of a country's right to print their money without oversight, then it's just one big pyramid of controlling every business, gov institution etc from there. With the money from one country, they go and do the same to the next.

We're just loose individuals trying to do a thing, them being pedos is the tail whip of a million tentacle beast they're building.

Excellent point. Given that pedos have power, and that pedo behavior is used as blackmail to get more power. Perhaps their behavior isn't wiped off the web because it's a powerful government tool.
