You try walking around with mud butt for a few days.

Easier to walk that way without falling over when you're drunk.

Rocking back and forth can have a soothing effect, it's why that's a natural instinct to rock babies.

I'm not one to virtue signal over the homeless, but it still strikes me the amount of constant anguish some of them experience.

Also while I'm not a Christian now, I can remember Bible study as a kid and remember all the references to people possessed by demons and similar stories that were explained as homeless crazies. Also similar stories about lots of homeless on the streets in Weimar Germany. Is this just one of the things you always see when jews come to power anywhere?

Intoxication and mental illness. Sometimes both, sometimes only one.

I remember one time I was taking adderal. Like a lot of adderal. I was gaming which is what I liked to do when I took it. I was sitting there and I decided I would go snort another half. I walked to my bathroom and saw myself in the mirror and realized I was geeked all the way up. My hair was out in all directions. I was sweating. And I was bouncing on my heels. I didn’t even know I was bouncing, I was so tweaked out I was doing it involuntarily. I can only imagine the other shit Iv done when I’m high on speed in public. It’s hard to tell if people are actually staring and talking about you or if you’re just in a meth induced psychosis. Maybe both. But drugs is the answer to your question

Upvote because your title made me laugh. The visual is dead-on.
