Whether or not he was an ass, JFK was assassinated because he was pushing to expose the global elite, CIA, Federal Reserve, etc.

They paint him as an asshole so people care less about the assassination.

While this is true, IMHO. ... One might argue that the only reason he was pushing the for a gold backed dollar, etc. is that he dropping heavily in the poles and was facing a potential election loss. At the end of the day, the Dallas visit was a campaign stop to build support in Texas which was going R in the polls.

I really don't know if he truly believed in the things that got him killed, or if he was just scratching for populist ideas to regain the support he had 3 years prior.

Would be curious to see if he had any public writings on the topics prior to 1961.

The old timers in my family never had anything good to say about him, or his family. My grandpa always blamed prohibition on his dad. Shady backroom deals brought on prohibition and left old man kennedy being the only legal source of licker in the country. And that was supposedly how they built their fortune. Grandpa always said that the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

As for the Kennedys of today, I would think that if your dad and uncle were taken out by the deep state when you were just a little child, and your cousin when you were older, it would have a great impact on how you saw the, deep state v the people, struggle. He just might have a deep seated hatred for the deep state and want to spend his life destroying them.

JFK was a war hero who saved his men when his PT boat was hit, but he was pretty humble about it. He loved women and there is nothing wrong with that, unless you are his wife Jackie. He had his faults but in the end he took on the military industrial complex and was going to pull out of Vietnam which is what got him assassinated. But thousands of men would still be alive. He was the last president who was really your president, who gave a shit about the soldiers under his command.

Would you consider your uncles and cousins as good references for your own character? Personally, I sure wouldn't.

Worst I've heard about JFK is that he was a consummate philanderer. That he would have sex every day, and only sometimes that was with his wife.

But, what does it matter on my character and views if my uncle was a hound dog? Not much, IMHO.
