I foresee a future where Russia allows this. I imagine it will happen sooner than later. Putin will work on "re-branding" himself and will encourage evangelical Christians in the West to consider moving to Orthodox Christian Russia, where their choice of Christian faith will be left alone, so long as they assimilate culturally and don't cause problems.

The language itself isn't too hard, but Cyrillic definitely takes time to get used to.
