One that makes money, or somehow subsidizes its costs
One that is social.
For me thats hunting and fishing for social and return on investment. Meat and fish, and friends etc. There can also be some fitness depending on how you fish or hunt.
Growing plants, be it tomatoes, hops mushrooms, dope etc. Thats learning skills. Caring for a living being, without the obligation of a pet. And you can sell/eat the food, and smoke the weed, and brew beer from grains/hops.
Go for walks, with small velcro weights on wristw and ankles. Or 35-70 lbs on a pack frame.
