Tests show the mRNA injections have a propensity for the ovaries and gonads. Unknown if it changes eggs. Very likely attacks and injures eggs. As it effects the gonads it is reasonable to assume sperm is also effected.

If it gets in your testes it can change the DNA you pass to your offpsring.

Even if the DNA in the nucleus is unchanged the RNA will be edited.
