What do you mean suspended in space. If you had a tyre in your hands and were up there and just let it go without pushing or pulling it would stay where it os relative to you. If you are in a stable.orbit you and the tyre are 'falling around' earth at er... 38,000kph?? I think?

I meant a tire in the vacuum of space. If it had 1atm of air, it would look like any tire with 14.7psi of pressure here on Earth.
