In Greece.. A net cafe is a place with lots of gaming pcs where people game off and online. Even though I don't play FPS I went with a group of friends and played battlefield Vietnam and it was kind of fun. I imagine it d be more fun if I actually played a game I enjoyed.. But it was a social experience.

I feel like cafes just got Wi-Fi and they ceased being specifically cafes for internet access.
I still remember my Dad got mad at me because I was trying to use the Internet cafe on vacation to download some l33t h4xx0ring t00ls (I don't remember why), and using their IE browser got the terminal instantly infected with a horrible array of malware. Even with my skills, I couldn't remove it. I just sort of logged out and left the terminal there. Hopefully they had some sort of imaging system setup.
