Because Spaniards are considered white people. As are Indians. From India. No joke. Arabs, Turks, Italians, Spaniards, all Hispanic, Germans, Anglos, Swedes, etc. All of them are considered "white." I did a lengthy write-up on this, before, on Poal. Race labels have lost all meaning. For example sub-Saharan Africans are very varied people in look, color, height, build, etc. They can be more genetically diverse from each other than real Germans and French, for example. But we all lump them in as Sub-Saharan Africans. We just see black skin and thing "black." But it's like comparing a tiny fishing village in Vietnam to Nordic warrior tribes. That's how genetically different black people are in Africa. And that's how different "white" people are, too. So these labels have become almost meaningless. At least the modern terms. "White people", oh yeah, which ones? "Black people", oh yeah, which ones? "Asian people", oh yeah, which ones? I think that Indian people are so numerous that they should get their own new category. Call them Indos. Sri Lankan, Pakistani, Indian, etc. Just like we lump "white" people all as one. Anyway, sorry for the soapbox.
