Germ theory is widely accepted, but ever since covid1984 came around I've been hearing about terrain theory. Is terrain theory woo psudoscience or is there something more to it?

Germs exist, but viruses aren't living things. They're more similar to an element, like lightning or fire, viruses are everywhere. Your immune system takes care of them all day long every day. You get sick when your immune system is compromised, like when you go outside in the rain without a coat. You don't have to interact with anybody to get sick because viruses are everywhere.

So both are true at the same time. I think germ theory is exaggerated, I don't buy "viral load". But "terrain theory" which is a stupid name, is also somewhat true in that you get sick when you have a compromised immune system.

Yeah, environment theory is a much better name. Or health theory to be more broad.

Yeah those names seem to make more sense, I wonder how Antony Bechamp came up with the term terrain.

How about Ambient Theory? The ambient can both be used for inner/outer state of being.

Yeah you cant go wrong with boosting your immunity.

The only way to do that is vitamins and exercise.
