In my understanding most cleaners kill a lot of pathogens, but not all; thus, biologically selectivity breeding stronger, more resilient pathogens.
I believe bleach in proper concentration kills them all.
Look at mexico where the water sucks but the locals can drink it.
I wonder if foreigners get sick when they come to the us, from unfamiliar pathogens?
