We may see a final push of people getting vaccinated to keep their jobs now that the SCOTUS has ruled. After that, whoever wants it has it, and whoever doesn't was willing to walk away from their job.

How will that leave the healthcare industry in terms of staffing? I don't think it will look good.

Omicron has spread quickly and with little to no damage. Future variants will be similar. It will be difficult for any fearmongering to convince anyone new to get the vaccine. Yet the mandate will remain.

A year from now, when covid is widely accepted as a common cold. The mandate will remain, or will it? Will staffing storages cause healthcare disruptions enough that Americans will demand it be repealed? Maybe Congress will step up do something after the 2022 elections (doubtful).

Interesting to see where this goes.

I expect they will use another variant or simply rename the common cold again and try another time to implement jab passports and national jab mandates.

The hole I see in that is people won't be getting sick. People are sheep and brainwashed, but without some confirmation in the real world I'm not sure it will work.

I think the shots are crippling people's immune systems to the point where the common cold will wipe them out. That would give them plenty of deaths with/from a virus.

People get sick all the time from many things. All it takes is the gov't and media to blame "____" and up the fear porn.

Medicare vax mandate might as well just line the elderly up and shoot them.

Interestingly enough, you don't have to take the vax to get care, only to deliver care.

For now. But if they are going to mandate the clot shot for benefits, they would have to do it for all benefits. So some they can't make anyone on welfare get a clot shot, I don't see it happening.

I can tell you what happened in Greece already. The Medicare system (called under another name but same thing) was connected to the tax records and the ID, then when the mandates came, they used this connection to track everyone and fine him or fire him. So we are left with a system that brings together state control, health access, taxes, your bank account and what else, all in one package so that the government can control it easily.
