Red meat, eggs, fish, raw dairy etc. That stuff alone will put your immune system on a level most people will never experience their whole lives since 99% of people are severely malnourished. Also get as much sun as possible, vitamin D is fat soluble and your body can thrive from fat stores of vitamin D from summer months.
