Definitely this. You can get Zinc, C, D, and quercetin easily and quickly. I'm not convinced yet that this works, but there's no known downsides to taking any of these, except maybe quercetin at high quantities.
Quercetin pulled me out of a dive when I had 'rona. Took 2 and within 24 hrs I felt like the tide turned. I take a Bcomplex vitamin with C, liposomal glutathione helps a lot.
Melatonin is another good suggestion. It helps indirectly by encouraging the body to get into deep sleep.
