Definitely this. You can get Zinc, C, D, and quercetin easily and quickly. I'm not convinced yet that this works, but there's no known downsides to taking any of these, except maybe quercetin at high quantities.

Quercetin pulled me out of a dive when I had 'rona. Took 2 and within 24 hrs I felt like the tide turned. I take a Bcomplex vitamin with C, liposomal glutathione helps a lot.

Melatonin is another good suggestion. It helps indirectly by encouraging the body to get into deep sleep.

If you're under 65 and relatively healthy, you'll be fine with a good liquid multivitamin and extra b, c, d, and k.

It isn't that bad, but lasts like 5-10 days.

Ivermectin and 1000mgs of lysosomal vitamin c every other hour. Look into the research of high dose vitamin c by Linus Pauling (2 time nobel prize winner). Vitamin C is like fuel to your own immune system. Lyposomal vitamin C has a 90% absorption rate. What you really want is intravenous vitamin C for any flu or cold but it's not like you can pick that up from CVS.

Some of us live in cities too, but we taught ourselves. Either from books, at libraries, online and ofcourse forums and each other. Try to remain motivated your entire life for self-education. When it comes to knowing about health and supplements, a good boost to understanding the supplements needed is knowing how the anatomy of the human body works. If you understand how each organ works, what its supposed to do, and then later learn what a specific disease does to you, you can begin having a more intuitive approach to what supplements to take, both 24/7 and those you take temporarily when sick/experiencing some symptoms.

As for ivermectin, you can pickup veterinary level ivermectin on Amazon, cheap. Just need to do the dosing appropriately, but it works just as well. I took ivermectin meant for a horse (bonus, it tasted like sour apples!) and felt better much sooner than a friend who got sick around the same time and didn't take it.

Just take dayquil and the nitetime same shit. I had about 10 days of feeling like shit. Pretty normal flu. Those vitamins and all may help someone who is deficient but if you eat good and take vitamins should be good. I don't believe they will stop anything. Just hang in there.

you can try this:

haven't used any of those places, but I know others who have done it.

Edit: if you do go this route, don't use your personal credit card. go get a disposable/gift visa card from the gas station.

Drink tonic water. Get the two liter diet version. Teo liters contains a full dose of quinine.

Get the India type. Some of the cheap brands don't have much quinine.

Um chicken soup, saltines, gatorade and sprite usually cure me of sickness. An onion on the feet while ya sleep helps too, and a humidifier.

Go outside alot and get sun/fresh air to as prevention.

You will most likely catch Omicron because everybody gets it - don't worry, it's half as dangerous as influenza. You may want to get a healthy vitamin D level to fend it off faster. Your doctor can measure the level in your blood (about $30) so you can act accordingly (use D3+K2 combinations if you need higher dosages to keep the calcium level balanced).

If you can get ivermectin, store it for the next virus. It works against many of the nasty ones (the main reason they want to bring it down).
