Im also curious about this, when I asked the best answer I got was that if you asked AOU nicely and gave him a BJ you could get one.
Not sure if its a timed BJ or if its until completion and whether swallowing is required, also not sure what the actual images themselves signify or if you get to choose what image you get but I would love clarification on all of the above.
