They fired their unvaxxed employees, and now staffing shortages are taking a toll. Hospitals do not revolve around how many beds they have, but around the support personnel to look after the patients in the beds. If a hospital has lost 1/2 of it's employees, they are a full capacity with only half of their beds full.
