No, we have the right to have (bear) weapons (arms) so that if needed we can form an organized militia that can then use force if necessary against a tyrannical government. This also extends individual use of force to oppose serious crime, a micro-tyranny as you would say in newspeek.
5th amendment also references charges brought by a militia and how they don't need to go before a grand jury.
Victorians are that fucking thick they havent bothered reading the laws which quite plainly state any victorian can arrest any other victorian, without a warrant, they cannot be charged with a crime in retaliation for the arrest, and any police officer attempting to interfere with the lawful arrest of a police officer, is committing perversion of justice which carries a 15 year jail sentence.
There is not a single government official in my state at the moment that anyone with more than 5 minutes in law enforcement couldnt lawfully arrest.
