That's 72.57 kg x 0.2mg = 14.5 mg.

If you have 3mg pills, take 5 pills daily.

Make fucking sure they are 3mg pills and not 12mg pills.

If you have the horse paste, that tells you the weight on the side and is measured to 0.2mg/kg for you, so it's easy to measure. Just estimate 160 lbs worth based on the label. It's not very much paste because one of those tubes is for a 1500 lb horse.

Don't take them if you aren't sick, that's fucking retarded.

Take them if you get real COVID symptoms, and start the day you get them.

Also if you get sick, 50mg zinc + 500mg Quercetin. You can do 100mg zinc if you have an iron stomach. Don't take Zinc every day, it isn't a good idea. It's for when you are sick. Also pop some vitamin C, but don't go over 1000mg because you'll just get the shits.

The only thing you should be taking every day when you are feeling fine is Vitamin D.

4000 IU - 5000 IU of D daily is a good bet for 160 lbs during the winter.

Don't wait until you feel really bad. Start when you have symptoms. If you wait until you need to go to the doctor and feel like you are going to die, the virus is already out of control and it won't be very effective. You take this shit as early as possible, but when you are actually sick and not imagining shit.
