Acquiring Ivermectin is difficult, expensive, and comes without dosage information, because physicians cannot prescribe it for off-label use, such as Covid. Sooooo, if one happens to test positive for Covid and have some Ivy on hand, how many 3mg tablets should he/she take, how often, and for how many days? (just asking for a friend who has some).

It depends on your bodyweight. It's 0.2mg/kg. The higher doses in the math+ and other protocols are for hospitalized people and assume there's someone monitoring your blood to know if it's fucking you up. If you have a cough and you take it early 0.2mg/kg is safe and works fine. There's no need to take that shit as a preventative. It's expensive and most people are immune to COVID at this point. That's just pill popping. You take the moment you have real symptoms. If you take it at the very beginning at 0.2mg/kg along with some Zinc and an ionophore (like HCQ or Quercetin) you are extremely unlikely to get very sick, if you get sick at all.

The only thing you should be taking every day is Vitamin D. If you don't work in the sun with your shirt off this time of year, you probably are D deficient. Best idea is to get your D levels tested and figure out how many pills you actually need to stay at high/normal levels. If you hate doctors, 4000 UI to 5000 UI daily is a good bet.
