Yep, it's a thing. I've had a few where the job posting specifically says you need your jabs, but I've noticed a lot of them seem to be carefully avoiding it.
The ones that indicate shots are needed get an immediate "Thank you, but I am not interested in positions where vaccinations for something I already had are required. Please do not contact me again."
Yep. The few times ive been contacted recently, ill do a bit of research on the company and if they support mandatory jabs, I give the recruiter a kindly 'fuck you and yours, don't contact further'... most of the time though, during screenings I'll ask the question flat-out and those many stand by the option especially since the EO is under injunctive relief
I mostly keep my profiles open because, but if I was really looking right now I'd be doing more of what you are. As it is, the caller has to be presenting me with something that's just of absolute "Wow, I really want to be doing this with my life and the pay is awesome" quality. So far, nothing of that nature has turned up.
It's a bit different when you're in the mindset of, " Yeah, this could do for now. I need it to progress forward."
