So that's a thing now I guess.

Know of any companies looking for a remote IT guy who isn't jabbed and also not a pajeet? Even better, do you know of any job boards listing positions specifically for people who haven't got a Fauci ouchie?

Fuck 'em. If they want to eliminate 40% of their applicants, so be it. You probably wouldn't have gotten a call back anyways.

[–] 5 pts

I didn't want it anyway. It's a Windows job.

ZipRecruiter recommended an associate attorney position to me, so I get it.

[–] 0 pt

I'm almost scared to ask, but what were you actually looking for?

[–] 0 pt

They will.

Even a public service paid for by the native tax payer does not mind replacing you.

In UK's NHS, after clapping and turning them into heroes, they un vacced nurses are getting fired and we are bringing Indian nurses all expenses paid.

On top of their salary, we are paying for their electricity, furniture, rent, gas.

Thats why my old back and I are still cuttin trees and clearin land. Cash n carry.

[–] 1 pt

What do you make doing that?

[–] 2 pts

Depends on the job. What equipment, number of people, etc. I try to keep it simple now days. Try to bid jobs and sub them out to to others. I sold most of my biggest equipment to some startups. Younger guys ive worked with and trust. I can make as much as I want really. I just dont want to anymore. I dont recomend getting into tree work unless you like to hurt. It can be brutal.

[–] 3 pts

Gotta be at least as interesting as sitting at a desk in a cubicle all day. You break your back one way or the other.

[–] 7 pts

Yep, it's a thing. I've had a few where the job posting specifically says you need your jabs, but I've noticed a lot of them seem to be carefully avoiding it.

The ones that indicate shots are needed get an immediate "Thank you, but I am not interested in positions where vaccinations for something I already had are required. Please do not contact me again."

[–] 3 pts

Yep. The few times ive been contacted recently, ill do a bit of research on the company and if they support mandatory jabs, I give the recruiter a kindly 'fuck you and yours, don't contact further'... most of the time though, during screenings I'll ask the question flat-out and those many stand by the option especially since the EO is under injunctive relief

[–] 1 pt

I mostly keep my profiles open because, but if I was really looking right now I'd be doing more of what you are. As it is, the caller has to be presenting me with something that's just of absolute "Wow, I really want to be doing this with my life and the pay is awesome" quality. So far, nothing of that nature has turned up.

[–] 1 pt

It's a bit different when you're in the mindset of, " Yeah, this could do for now. I need it to progress forward."

[–] 4 pts

I would hire you but mane i run a Chinese restaurant wit Mexicans who sleep dare and day wurk 4 slave wages.

And you white so u prolly quit and SHIT.

Good luck little NIGGAH

Contracting has had about an 80% rate of offering/honoring accommodation exemption, this isn't everywhere of course, and this has been my experience. Thus far I haven't had any issues but things could change. If you have a clearance there are options, some remote, on-prem for certian, but in reality, it may be time to move to another state.

[–] 5 pts

I need the job to move. See, I want to buy a house, and the lenders won't lend if I don't already have employment there. Where I want to move doesn't really do IT... ever. So it has to be remote.

check out stackoverflow. always remote jobs listed there....

[–] 0 pt

I get it. LI does have a remote job scan option as well as hybrid. I also screen Indeed and Glassdoor with the same parameters. Dice is more tuned to IT, might be worth a try; Zip Recruiter also. If you do have a clearance, there are option specific to that as well.

[–] 0 pt

I'm cleared, but that ties me down to a physical location. Any post I've looked at which mentions clearance is on site or only partial telework.

[–] 1 pt

Yeah, I would put together a one page, or less note explaining why you have a religious (or medical) exception to vaccines, and would require an accommodation. Send it with your resume. You miss 100% of the shots you don't take, right? (Pun intended)

[–] 2 pts

That's not a bad idea but maybe better not mentioning it. Make them waste their time trying to get a great White employee only to be shot down because of their bullshit. Make them suffer.

[–] 4 pts

Chin up. Plenty of us on the other side of the fence.

I run a small tech company, and I don't give a flip about my employees vaccine status, sex status, etc. I'll never ask - not my business.

Likewise, if you put your pronouns in your resume/linkedin/email (I don't care what they are - just that you are a 'woke' wanker), I won't interview you.

Look for smaller companies without a HR dept. I've always found, once tech companies hire full time HR (who are typically wankers with useless liberal arts degrees), then it's all down hill for that company.

[–] 1 pt

Surprisingly I haven't run into this on LinkedIn, and I've been on that site for years. Is Dice worth making an account on? I don't even know what to do anymore. My skills are pretty badass (IMO, right) and supposedly in demand, but they're not biting.

This is of course, a violation of your human rights. The micro solution is to assert them, by force of arms, just as you would to anyone trying to take those same arms away from you, force you out of your home, or tell you what you can say and do.

Of course, you don't actually believe in your inherent god-given rights. They are privileges to you, and you've taken for granted all of your life that courts would defend them for you. Well the time is nearly now, and the government is here, and they are coming for you. They will take your teeth and your claws, force you into a cage, and tell you when to bark and where to piss. And every single time you comply, even a little... every inch that you give... brings this day closer.

The macro solution is to form militias, groups of the like-minded, who can support and defend each other. And in time, with dedication and moral fortitude, your children's children, in a place much smaller and further away from where you are now, may be able to gain back a small bit of what has been lost to you today.

But that too is too much for you. It is the dream of a coalition of the alone and the afraid. You are too dependent, too isolated, too distant from your fellow man. It's how we've come to live... So you will go from job to job, hoping to be left alone and ignored, just a little longer, just enough to get by... the world growing a bit smaller and more hostile to you all the time... and you will give in. You will have to, eventually. The pressure just too great to bear... and you will wear that mask. You will get that jab. You will say the right words and step to the dance, and expect to be welcomed back into the light. Only to find that there is no music... no great debate, no gala, no party, and no dance. They are as sad and lonely and scared, angry, and miserable as you ever were at your lowest. There is no coalition of the subjugated. No great community to be welcomed into. There's no reward for what you sacrificed. Only the dream of what was and could have been, as you spend the rest of your life cultivating weak knees and a supple spine. And as you lie alone, abandoned by the world that was, you will wish that you had acted differently. You will wish that you had never given even an inch. You will wish that you had died tall and proud and angry. /fin

TIL: You should go join a well armed commune, or trade your laptop in for handgun and find your nearest senator. Maybe both.

[–] 1 pt

I'll trade you my laptop for a handgun.

[–] 0 pt

If you use your laptop properly you can make enough money to buy 100 handguns.

[–] 0 pt

How nice is your laptop?

[–] 0 pt

I got 3 how nice is your gun.

Your Hi-Point probably has better specs

Really fine piece of poetry there selpai.

I hope you never stop writing.

[–] 1 pt

Lots of job boards are popping up for people who choose freedom from the jab; here are three (I can’t vouch for them, but they are there. Good luck in your search): Red balloon.work Novaxmandate.org Gab.com
