Reading Animal Farm and 1984, and take what those books say seriously and recognize it as the truth, is all you need to understand it.
Animal Farm calls them sheep, the people who just repeat what they hear. That is a real thing, sheep really do exist.
One of the greatest lies is that people are the same.
Sheep and the bears are almost like different species in how their brains work.
Never trust a sheep ever when it comes to thinking, and never give any political power to a sheep (we did, and it fucked us bad!).
Really train your mind to think that sheep or NPCs truly are real things, because they are.

The heart represents the church.
The feet and arms are the NPC/sheep who can do manual labor and will of course be treated well (!!) but they will have no political power.
It's not treating the bottom like shit, it's more about recognizing that people have different abilities.

And that is why traditionally women had no power. And the societies where women had power they died out so quickly that there is no historical record of them.
